THE FLAME
Three Worlds, One Flame

About Us

The Flame Restaurant, featuring a Japanese hibachi grill, a Brazilian barbeque and an American bar and grill--all in one dining complex, will open at La Quinta’s Point Happy Center this coming Fall.

Proud owners, Morris and Gloria Salem, have combined their 35 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry to bring this exciting new fine dining concept to the desert communities. Their motto: “Three Worlds, One Flame,” reflects the three full-service international restaurants housed within one spectacular venue.

“Our commitment to the community is to provide high quality dining at moderate prices,” explains Morris Salem, who with his wife Gloria, continues to enjoy great success as owner and operator of Ichiban Restaurant at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino in Reno, Nevada. “This will be a fun, festive and entertaining place to dine. We anticipate it will be the place where people gather to celebrate their special occasions.”

An adventurous dining experience awaits guests at all of The Flame’s restaurants. The exhibition style hibachi grill features succulent filet mignon, lobster, shrimp, salmon or chicken prepared tableside and served sizzling in traditional Japanese style. At the Brazilian barbecue visitors are presented with delectable cuts of rotisserie roasted meats, poultry and sausage carved tableside by servers dressed in authentic gaucho attire--all complemented by an extravagant 20-foot antipasto and salad bar. The American bar and grill, called MIX, will offer live entertainment, and daily happy hour from 5pm with $5 well drinks and appetizers, plus $12 dinner platter selections from an amazing menu featuring smoked salmon and other continental items.

Open everyday from 5pm
